We do not give refunds. Please make sure that you are sure about the product, size, picture and price of the product of the item you have purchased .
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Bow Afrika reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Bow Afrika will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
If I Bought The Wrong Size ,Color,Type Can I Exchange It?
We request that you are certain and sure before sending an order and processing it .
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the exchange of the items listed below. For any other items, simply contact us with your exchange request and we will be able to assist you with your exchange. Please note that for an exchange to be successful, we only accept goods that meet the following conditions:
- You exchange the item within 3 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- You complete the exchange form and attach it with the item that you wish you to exchange when you send it back
- The item is in its original saleable condition: with all original tags; in an unworn, unopened and unused state; and any sewn labels are still attached
- You Pay for the postage fees to and from and not send it back through Post Office
If you wish to exchange a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange request so that we can send you an exchange form. You will then fill in the form, attach it to the item(s) that you wish to be exchanged and then email us to come and collect it so that we can process your exchange request. Please note that we only allow you one free exchange per order; and if you still wish to exchange after the initial exchange was done, then you will have to pay for the additional shipping costs involved.
